Now that I'm retired, it's hardly noticeable. I've already re-set my clocks.
Since I wait until it's light outside to feed the ferals, they might be a touch miffed about the delayed breakfast, tomorrow morning.

(21,425 posts)and thought it was daytime already, but my clock said it was 2:00 am. Then I realized that there was snow coming down so thickly that the sky looked lighter as the glow from streetlights filtered through the white air.
It seems that there is always a snowstorm in mid March before the weather starts getting more springlike. Not that we don't get snow after mid March, but usually by that time, it's a fleeting flurry or two.
DST cheers me up after winter doldrums. I like having sunlight for an hour longer on spring and summer evenings.

(205,161 posts)Here in Northeastern New York, it's the second snowstorm for the week - the last one was Thursday. And on Monday we also had a windstorm, branches down all over. Driving home was like an obstacle course. At least we didn't lose power, some did. I am so ready for Spring, but Spring isn't ready for the Northeast.
