She is actually from Ireland. Her father posts the videos on YouTube and she got a record deal with Ryan Tedder of One Republic.

At first I thought she was Sarah Grace, a young singer from Houston who made the quarter finals on The Voice. She's also very good, and will graduate from high school this spring!
