We have a fireplace downstairs in the family room. When they're born in severe cold, they need to be warmed up. So we've brought them in and put them beside the fireplace for a couple hours to get them dry and warm, then returned them to Mom into a semi-warm barn with loose hay they could lay in. Only way to keep 'em alive in winter.
