It's a lifestyle change, meal planning. Ingredients. The way you cook, what you eat and timing of meals.

Fresh fruits nuts seeds berries, lean chicken and pork, seafood, shrimp. All OK, eggs are good for protein and vitamins.

A blending of healthy fats, lean meat or plant based protein and low, low, carbs. Lots of plain Greek probiotic yogurt.

No fried food or processed cereal grains, no sugar, flour, pasta, potatoes or baked goods.

I got a zucchini noodles maker,, zoodles! air fryer is great, only use avacado oil or EVOO for cooking,

Soda stream is great! Bubbly water instead of sugar drinks, I could go on, and write a book, lol

My LDL went from 200 to 70 and HDL 70 too. A1c is 5.0.

I had full chem panel run, all trace elements and vitamins in normal limits
