Don't tell the Admins but I'm giving out medical advice in this thread.

Do not forget to put sunscreen on the tops of BOTH FEET whilst you are lathering on the SPF as you (humble brag alert) sit on the beach all morning with not a care in the world.

The top of my left foot (great movie) is tender to the touch and pretty nicely sunburned. I have not burned in more than a decade and NORMALLY use the best sunscreen I can find and reapply liberally throughout the day.

I'll be fine tomorrow but here's a tune with more advice.

feet kayaking. I didn’t realize water was dripping off the paddle onto the tops of my feet and washing the sunscreen off. I’m in Roatan and so far haven’t burned myself to a crisp.

When you realize you missed a spot with the sunscreen you can break the capsules and spread the oil on after the fact. Does a nearly miraculous job of suppressing the damage and giving your body a chance to quickly repair it. You will peel after a few days but it won't be painful, just annoying. I have also been told that DMSO, which is sold in feed stores for use on million dollar race horses even though it's not approved *cough* for human use, is as good or better.
