Heck, I travel to Asia several times a year from the east coast and don't have a problem with it. We're talking 14-16 or so hours. I will admit I am awake earlier than usual but....

Because it usually doesn't even happen when it's supposed to, meaning last weekend and the flipper in the fall.

One of the few things that Arizona does right,,,, we don't play 'change the clocks'.
