(12,654 posts)Of course I'd probably actually live in a tiny house in the back of the property, because it is just a bit much for daily living. Or purchase the place next door and live there.
Only downside would be cleaning and tile maintenance, from what I can see.

(50,557 posts)This is a three-apartment structure. If I bought it Id convert it back to single family, which would require tearing out about 90 percent of this crap, sinking $15k into appliances, tiling the entire floor and replacing the furnace with, probably, a mini-split.
By the time I got done Id have about $600k in this place. Id rather start with a house that didnt need that much demolition.
