Only canines and miniature horses. I’ve never heard of anyone having a miniature horse as as service animal.

From a real estate perspective, these animals are not seen as pets. A landlord cannot exclude them, even when the have a no pet policy. Nor can they charge a pet fee or a pet deposit.
