The city of tomorrow, circa 2024, in GM's Futurama exhibit at the New York World's Fair, 1964.

That looks like a lane for tractor trailers. That would've been a good idea.

Is now roasting due to climate change made possible by large Corporations. Thank you GM. I made 4 or 5 trips to the fair. For some reason the lines at GM were long but always manageable. I went GM every time. Great fun for a 10 year old. More fun was the Sea Hunt exhibit with the recorded voice of Lloyd Bridges, just like the TV series. It was a giant fish tank with with all sorts of exotic deep sea fish. While a Bridges double investigated. Suddenly there was a loud crash and a UFO appeared in the tank. A portal opened and out popped a Frog Man from outer space. The Bridges double battled with this frog faced enemy of the people for a few minutes until the human pulled the pants off the frog man to show he was wearing yellow underwear with pink hearts on it. The frog man was so embarrassed that he took off right quick. The other thing I remember was my first microwave dinner, spaghetti and meatballs.
