(101,534 posts)sweeteners in all drinks but the occasional latte several years ago when I gave up diet coke. I'm really glad I did. But, yeah, there are days I still crave it.
I do use plain stevia (no additional ingredients, i.e., Sweetleaf brand) for my lattes, but I can drink regular coffee black.

After that it's hot or iced tea, depending on the weather. Usually an herbal tea - lemon ginger or chamomile.
Life is good.

(207 posts)I had a draw of draft Irish Red left over from St. Patricks. It was fresh and cool and foamy and, best of all, half off: S3.00 instead of $6.00. So I had another half. It cost $1.50 but by my way of thinking, that beer was free. So one beer half off plus another beer for free not a bad way to start the weekend. Pretty lucky, the luck of the Irish even if Im not Irish.

Got a frosty tall big glass full of it with tons of ice and a long straw.
