When I "got" my Oscar!

My daughter, who works in the costume department at Warner Bros., took me to the studio's costume museum and if you are old enough to have actually seen some of these old, famous WB movies, you would love the museum. My daughter took me through the museum.

I particularly loved the costumes from "My Fair Lady" and "Casablanca." And there was a young man there holding an actual Oscar in a towel and asking people if they would like to hold it. I thought that was a pretty good idea and did and I remember being surprised at how heavy it was. Later that year I showed the picture to my cleaning lady and she asked "What did they give you an Oscar for?"
