10. I know. the helicopters were over my street that's how I found out about this.

I was so worried. It was pouring in LA today too so the current in the river was very strong.

6. Watched for a few minutes.

He seemed to be wading back and forth underneath the bridge and in the shallow waters close to the edge. Hopefully he stays out of the deeper water and can be rescued. How, exactly, is the question. Maybe they could just lure him out with a bag of cheeseburgers? That would work on me.

13. omg. I didn't hear how the dog and its owner fell into the river in the first place

it's a doberman/german shepherd. big strong doggy. thank god. This took 2 hours to rescue him. it's amazing he/she made it. I hope they do a follow up on the news later.
