I just picked up a piece of Certified mail that was placed in my mailbox. I thought I had to sign

for it. It is not Registered mail because I looked it up and the attachments say "Certified mail"

Anyone know if the mailman just didn't understand or didn't care. I'm not mad; it's just that I have never experienced this before.

It in your mailbox. The sender didn't request a return receipt. But the sender knows it was delivered to your address.
