Have a tracfone and did contact them by text about my phone if it's going to die soon because of G5

they gave me some instructions on how to find out and I, not being of sound technical mind still can’t find out. If I give my phone details, can someone help me to find out if it is a G3 phone?? My phone is a Samsung Galaxy J3 Orbit. Thanks so much.

The phone comes with 4G LTE; therefore, reception is better, and you’d get HD sound. If you’re upgrading from an older Samsung model such as Galaxy J3 Luna Pro, you’ll see how call quality greatly improved.
