... that is edited, to increase her lip size. They are making fun of her "lip poof". Many celebs - men and women - have something injected to make their lips fuller. She's had many touch-ups... so the "lip poof" is normal. Some do go overboard, and it looks unnatural. She did that... and that's what led to the joke.
