You can get into a serious auto accident, but unless some criminal intent is discovered, you're gonna get with a crap load of civil penalties. The flip side is, a good lawyer should be able to extract a very high penalty for every single penny of lost value.

It's a shame that there aren't requirements for firms to be insured and bonded.

Now if they aren't insured, but their ads say they are, would that mean anything?

they don’t make it right are fine.

Gross and criminal negligence are fine too.
