3. In college, our landlord always wanted to show our unit (it was next to the office)

It got annoying having to clean up and stay out the place, so we put a couple pillows on the bed (lengthwise) and covered it with a purple batik and put my roommate's girlfriend's nikes at the end of the bed. We also put a roll of quarters on the nightstand.

We didn't have to get out for him to show it anymore.
