8. It's a game to exercise your brain. No need to feel proud or not proud.

Sure every once in a while it's fun to pull a word out of thin air in 1 or 2 tries, but then what? You've used all of 3 to 5 minutes, instead of sitting there with your coffee for 10-15 minutes trying to solve the damn puzzle and giving your brain a workout. And tell me you're not elated after solving one you've struggled with for 20 minutes. It's also not a competition; no prizes given for 1st, 2nd or 3rd place. So be happy you solved it. Your brain got a good work out today.
