Taking a break from politics. Anyone live in Phoenix in the 70s?

Do you remember Chucks 95er? I ran across a post somewhere where people were reminiscing. I used to go there all the time, didn’t realize how many others did. Quite iconic I guess.

For those who never heard of it, everything on the menu was 95 cents.

I don't remember that I even heard of Chucks 95er,,,, I'll have to go 'look it up'.

but in my defense, I was birthin babies and raising them at the time so both money & time was short.

Food was just ok but it’s hard to mess up breakfast. I can’t remember what street it was on, can’t remember much from back then. I moved away about ‘79. But Phoenix and the area have sure changed. I lived on Southern Ave and it was barely part of Phoenix, Chandler was a little town down the road.
