I totally screwn myself. Help

I have had so many things to take care of for my trip to Portugal tomorrow and I forgot to get the Covid test. Actually I read online and I really thought that I was ok since I have proof of vaccination

I’m sitting in a CVS waiting to see if the lady will take me last because an antigen test needs to come from a laboratory.

My question is. What if I went to the airport with an antigen test? Well that sounds stupid even to write

Any ideas.

At the airport. San Francisco had a testing site in the international terminal.

I'm also going to Portugal for a couple of weeks, but I am first flying to Venice from PHL for a few days with friends. No test for Italy. Will have to be tested in Venice before my flight to Lisboa. And tested again two weeks later before returning through PHL.

And the old German couple couldn't do the form on their phone. I helped one with the phone number and the other with the date. There was no way they would fly if I didn't sit at their table.
