call us yesterday, but the mailbox was full, (my husbands phone.) I see the *86 but then it's just blank.....nothing.

6. Open your phone app to keypad, and dial *86. It is a phone # for voicemail. Once it connnects

it will ask for your passcode...Not sure of the process if you have not set up your voicemail. Check your user manual, or go to YouTube.

I go through this every time so silly, but it's ok now. Mailbox is empty for the next 20 messages. Thanks for your help.

11. Call your voice mail number and then listen to the message. You will get a choice to save or delete

For me it's press 7 to delete or press 9 to save. Your voice mail should tell you which numbers to choose.

I have a Samsung through T-Mobile since December. I just figured out voice mail yesterday

open Visual Voice Mail, tap the message you want to delete and use the three dots to bring up options. Then you tap the garbage can.

my Motorola phones were easier.
