(29,711 posts)call us yesterday, but the mailbox was full, (my husbands phone.) I see the *86 but then it's just blank.....nothing.

(2,596 posts)it will ask for your passcode...Not sure of the process if you have not set up your voicemail. Check your user manual, or go to YouTube.

(11,445 posts)For me it's press 7 to delete or press 9 to save. Your voice mail should tell you which numbers to choose.

(22,274 posts)I have a Samsung through T-Mobile since December. I just figured out voice mail yesterday
open Visual Voice Mail, tap the message you want to delete and use the three dots to bring up options. Then you tap the garbage can.
my Motorola phones were easier.
