2. Saw the WN tour (among many of theirs)...

They opened w LAFK...

...but it was what happened next! (for me)

They then started playing "Pure and Easy"; the then haunting, beautiful, mysterious ?coda to the already gorgeous, exulting "Song Is Over".

I sat up bolt straight in my near the top of Forest Hills Stdm seat (earlier seeing a gorgeous sunset over Manhattan skyline): recognizing it; thinking "Omg, there's a full song?!!!!! (one of my best concert moments ever)

(then I got to see them again the day after much closer, and ran up to the front row to take photos! So I got to hear it a second time. 🧡 )

If pressed I'd have to say it's my favorite Who Song, and in my top 5 over all Rock songs.
I was thrilled when it appeared on "Odds & Sods"! Course later it was on the Deluxe WN CD. 🥰👍
