It would certainly cut down on my need to remove people off my Facebook page -- which if anyone asks why I'm still Facebook, it's because it's the only way to connect with the handful of progressives that I actually know.

I use fluff buster (face book purity) on facebook to limit ads. After hearing about facebook delting information, close to being done with it, even if I don't have to look at a constant barrage of ads.

Consider that DU must solicit volunteers to weed out malicious intruders, and theyre kept busy busy busy. Unless such a social network was prepared to remain vigilant, it would swiftly go to shit.
