That's actually a trick question. You can't reach a person from Roku. And they don't make it easy to contact them at all.
Here's the dilemma:
Because of a renovation, the house is a mess with items scattered in boxes everywhere. So I can't find two of the Roku remotes. Especially problematic when one of us had to quarantine for Covid. So I ordered two remotes from the online Roku page, but it didn't go smoothly. The page kept getting hung up, and this was after Paypal approved the payment, though I must have hit the wrong button and I was charged for the more expensive Remote.
Upon learning that I had been charged for the more expensive remote I tell my husband, "Drat! We're going to get remotes with features that we don't need like, voice activation, find my remote....no wait. I can use that one. Roku knows me better than I do." Because, that find feature is especially important with the house being turned upside down, as it is today.
Except I didn't get the advanced remote with the find feature. Instead I received the simple remote that was half the price.
So, here I go back online to try to rectify the mistake and I discover that the only way to even attempt to reach Roku was to post a question on their community board. What a disgrace.
So that's where I am. It seems like this involves billing, and I should at least have a chance to talk to someone.

(23,691 posts)It lists a couple of numbers. One claims to be a live chat the other a Customer Service line.
I hope its not a scam, but I guess it wouldnt hurt to give it a try.
Good luck.
