Neighbor of mine got off xway & had a flat tire. Was gone 10 min to grab lug wrench. Catalytic converter was gone when he returned.

I'm glad Lehtoe posted this & glad for the stack of charges against these thieves!

Hondas and Toyotas seem to be the favorite targets. I don’t park my car on the street anymore, since I’ve been hit by this too.

Everyday I hear or read of someone getting that converter stolen. I know several people who have had those converters stolen. Luckily neither one of my cars have accessible converters to be stolen. Even people at the local mall have had the converters stolen while they are inside.

They recently found a chop shop that was taking the minerals out and were busted.
