From John Fetterman: In a viral online video thats all over the internet right now, Dr. Oz goes shopping for vegetables to make a Crudité for his wife.
I mean I guess thats what they call it in Hollywood. But here in PA we just call that a... veggie tray.
Also it was incredibly obvious that this was Dr. Ozs first time stepping inside a Redners Market or as he referred to it, Wegners (there are a few Wegmans near his home in New Jersey).
So, to honor Dr. Ozs love for Crudité (and also because its my birthday) were launching this NEW limited edition sticker.

3) people who hate him/want him to lose
Is there any other explanation for that video seeing the light of day?

(34,456 posts)Produce aisle, without a cart, grabbing carrots, celery, etc., and whining about how expensive they were. The apparent intent was to show voters what a real man of the people he is when it was obvious hes never done grocery shopping in his life. He picked up some asparagus as if he was going to make a raw vegetable tray with it.
So people jumped on the video to make fun of how clueless he is.

(20,192 posts)The broccoli is probably $2 a pound. 1 broccoli crown is not a pound.
Who eats asparagus RAW?
He grabs a 5 lb bag of carrots.
The guacamole at $4 is pretty normal.
Who uses salsa on a veggie tray? Salsa is for chips.
He is really banging that "It's all Biden's fault" drum. The price of food has gone up because the price of gas and diesel was up. POTUS doesn't set the price of fuel and never has.

(20,192 posts)at a grocers' convention. Turns out it was a new technology that could also weigh items and read mangled bar codes, but the damage was done. He looked out of touch with regular folks' daily lives.
In the case of Dr. Oz, it was pretty apparent that he doesn't do much grocery shopping, because there really wasn't anything exceptionally overpriced except maybe the "fresh" salsa and prepared guacamole. But then, your regular shopper is aware that prepared foods cost more for the convenience. If you want to save money, you buy the raw ingredients and make your own salsa and guacamole. You don't buy asparagus out of season, and most folks don't eat it raw. You also don't but a 5 lb bag of carrots unless you want A LOT of carrots.
Not to mention, POTUS doesn't set prices on groceries, gasoline or well, ANYTHING!
