looking the phoenix area you can see gray curved lines moving ahead of the storm cells with yellow and red coloration on the radar. these gust fronts are driving haboobs (dust storms) and new storms frequently pop upahead of the out flow boundaries.

(8,203 posts)Please let it rain....NE Mesa AZ..never fails, however, the Superstition Mountains seem to blunt the more forceful affects of the storm...Will say, last Couple weeks nice rain..not like other places in the state..lots of flooding..North and South..
Still not enough to pull us out of this devastating drought...
