Shoppers Warehouse?

Anyone know who did their bakery items before they closed down and if the bakery Co. supplies any other chain grocery stores?

Shoppers had the best bakery bar none. The stuff they pass off at Giant and Safeway are down right nasty, too sweet and too doughy.

and I was looking at the individual sandwich rolls. A lady next to me asked the lady behind the counter "Were these rolls baked today?" She replied "Oh, we don't bake them here, we just thaw them out."
