send this to my buddy who turned 70 yesterday!

We have an unannounced game of wordplay and silly responses. He'll be amused.

I recently texted him asking if he had embarked upon a road trip he told me he'd be on a couple days earlier. Went like this:

"Did you leave for xxx today?"

"Yes. I left around 11am and the tow truck got me back home by dark."

Another odd one:

My phone rings, I see it's my friend, I answer...

"Hey, what's up?"

He says, "I have to call you back." *click*

I think we should collect these and create vignettes for comedy skits.

I don't sweat the small stuff as much. And I know how to avoid some (what are now) obvious pitfalls.

I don't think someone in their 20s is going to have a good life when they are in their 70s.
