Here's a video from 2020 right after they were rescued and WanMai was about a month old. Lek is explaining the importance of babies having a nanny and Sri Nuan is a supernanny. The video is long but very informative.

.... without even trying to chew it. Then she was pushing it down her throat with her trunk a few times. Don't they have a gag reflex ?
