house in Sheridan, Wyoming? I don't own any house or property in Wyoming. I have been getting that email for weeks. I wonder what they are offering but don't dare open their email. Maybe I should ask $1 milliom for it.

1. They and other companies blindly flood people with offers.

The marketing is so cheap that they only need one or two yeses out of many, many, many offers for it to be worthwhile for them. They lowball property owners who don't want to go through the bother of listing their homes, perhaps not realizing that housing costs have risen and they may not be able to buy another house.

2. I looked up the address and it is their office in Sheridan Wyoming so maybe they

They unwisely included their email address. I hope they enjoy all the spam I signed them up for.
