1. Years ago we went to a wolf refuge in Idaho

It was fenced but they had a lot of area. They were trying to rebuild a pack. Probably would not have even seen them but it was feeding time. Not sure if it was road kill, probably not, but they threw a goat or something over the fence. The power of the wolf who first grabbed it was impressive. He/she grabbed it in his jaws picked it up and shook it like a rag doll. Shook it enough to start breaking it apart so others could feed. Anyway, beautiful animals. Coats varied a lot in the pack. But anyone who wants a wolf for a pet is crazy. Not only because they are wild animals but they are pack animals and that’s where they are happiest and belong.
