if you want to see something just as spectacular above the water, go to the upper peninsula of Michigan and take a
boat tour of the "Pictured rocks of Lake Superior".
It was one of the most beautiful things we have seen in 8+ years of full-time RV'ing.
That being said, Mackinac Island Michigan was just as beautiful.
Michigan is a beautiful state.
