I've been doing it all wrong!

Here is how you SHOULD floss your teeth.

You must also brush your tongue.

Went to the dentist yesterday. I'm working on getting it right after all those years of doing it wrong...

but I knew I wasn't going to get it all, so I found this "how to" video which I can watch and remind me of what I should be doing.
