Then I adjust my schedule, accordingly.

That's the critical issue. My only kid will now be waking me up at 4:00 instead of 5:00 to be fed. She'll adjust over time, but it'll take a few weeks.

Now we go back to the same time zone as our home in US. It’s more comfortable to me.
