His real name is William Apostol, and he's overcome a hell of a past.

His songs make me sob like a baby.

3. I watched a bucnh of stuff of him live last year...

It was when I first heard of him. He's a really hot flat picker, matches the talent of the best I've seen. I like his voice too, he's a natural.. Someone once told me that they thought artists were often people who had suffered and were able to express themselves so well through art because of that suffering.

4. His biological father died of a heroin overdose when Billy was two years old.

He was raised by the father he has known, Terry Barber.

Terry, an extreme talent in his own right, taught him from a young age.
