The old analog tv's had a flicker rate that was not in sync with a dog's vision,,, the new digital tv's do not have that problem,,, that is the reason people think that a dog will not watch tv,,,, mine loves dog shows & videos..

Even if she was sleeping and a commercial came on the TV that had an animal she would wake up right away and growl at the TV. She was only about 7 pounds but she was all dog. She would have been a good mother since she would take her stuffed animals and put them in a small pile under the kitchen table. She would bring mouthfuls of ddy dog food to her "babies" to feed them.

I miss her SO much!
