Meadow and Broad. Our regular spot is just up the street by the DMV. I walked down to get smokes, I think, from the 7-11 there. They have to lay these on their side to get the balloon under the traffic lights. *POP*. ~~~~
It came back the next year with a big bandaid on its forehead.
