Do you like it?
I think it's pretty cool to have online access to my music collection (well, what I've gotten on it so far).
The free version is limited to 250 uploads, so if you want to put a lot from CD, you need to buy the subscription.
But, I now buy the vast majority of my music as digital downloads from Amazon, and those are unlimited in the free version.

Well, OK, I have to admit, I'm thinking about getting an Ipad eventually for web surfing and video. I tend to fall asleep in bed with the laptop watching stuff on tv. I almost never watch tv tv anymore, all online.
I tried to watch the same 2 hour Nova about exobiology in the solar system about five nights in a row, kept falling asleep.
Not that an Ipad would help that, but it looks like a fun toy.

(95,337 posts)I don't like the huge ipads - might as well just lug my laptop along.

(21,020 posts)Got an extra bunch of storage space for like $20 per year or whatever.
I have a Kindle Fire, so I can listen to music on that, plus on my computer. It's easy to buy music, easy to upload music to it from my hard drive.
