Severely over did it today
I goofed. My girlfriend was out and since shes been taking care of me since my surgery her apartment has been kinda getting cluttered with stuff. So I cleaned.
She comes back and I'm lying in bed with pain. Lot of pain. That and on top of her getting upset with me for being so stubborn about not wanting to rest. I'm not off to a good week.
