I called the Christian Broadcasting Network this morning and asked to speak with Rev. Pat
Robertson. The woman who answered the phone told me that Rev. Robertson had died. I thanked her and hung up.
A few minutes later I called back and again asked to speak with Rev. Robertson. She said “Sir, I just told you that Rev. Robertson has died.” I again thanked her and hung up.
After a few more minutes I called again. The same woman answered the phone and said “Sir, I see it’s you calling again. And I’m telling you again that REV. ROBERTSON IS DEAD! What about he’s dead don’t you understand?” I replied “Oh, I understand completely. I just like hearing you say it.”
Silence,…click!
