(47,675 posts)I'm not kidding. A twin mattress took up pretty much all of it, 2' extra at the end and 2 1/2' on the side. There actually WAS a closet in it, but it wasn't that big and the boa constrictor owned most of it including the coat hangers (he was good at grabbing them). The major benefit was having a small bed - CUDDLES!!!!

(14,549 posts)(litterboxes uncleaned for weeks). Used to steal his stuff and claim it was hers. Anything that broke was his fault and she would claim it was worth way more than it was. And one of her cats would piss in the middle of his bed at every opportunity.

(35,448 posts)He has every NY Times paper since 2005 stacked up in the living room. He had so much crap piled up on the dining room table that it cracked in half.
I would move out, but it's a duplex in the West Village and the rent is extremely cheap. EXTREMELY CHEAP.

Elizabeth Kubler Ross pointed out that grieving can also be triggered by the 'death' of dreams or the end of one's grand plan for the future for example the end of a career.
I know how tough it can be to live with a hoarder because I have seen it. Hang in there. Btw, if it is a fire hazard the landlord may be of help.
