I knew the Final Jeopardy questioin tonight because I am an art history major and

was just working on an essay about Vermeer's lutist, concentrating on that lovely instrument and why so many painters painted it...and the question wasn't even about art...so no spoiler here...

Hubby was a little dazed about it...

and I want to say it was in the context of the slave trade in America. Not sure if that is right, but I seem to remember that

1619 slave trade, 1620 Dutch East India company went public.

of Holland and celebrated in those maps which, I was to learn, was a common household feature in that day.
