the first few seasons are the best. Not that the rest of them are not also good. But by season five, it gets a little hard to believe that such a prominent rich family holding state offices, including Governor and Attorney General, are getting away with killing so many people.

I think the best character is Beth. She gets better, tougher, and more evil every season. I think she could carry her own show.

Last season was my last. Beth belongs in an insane asylum.

The entire Dutton family operates like a Mafia family with cowboy hats.

and the “teaser” ads.

Immediately deduced it was a glorification/propaganda of people like the Bundy’s.

Never watched again.

As if it's a premiere. I guess it's good for those who don't stream or have cable but good grief CBS, reruns to go along with your prime time game shows is the best you have to offer in your prime time lineup? I know there is a writer's strike but they didn't have anything in the can before the strike?

Yellowstone is very well made and does offer a look into ranch lifestyle that I haven't seen before. Showrunner Taylor Sheridan got his start on the show Sons of Anarchy, which was really over the top as it went on. Yellowstone has done that on occassion, moreso in the last year or two, but not so much it ruins it for me. It does contain some RW memes sometimes but nothing too obvious. I'm getting tired of Beth quoting Nietzshe in the same way ignorant way reactionaries have in the past.

Still, Sheridan is a really good writer and everyone in the cast is excellent. It's a show you can easily get hooked on.

To get involved in the program. But couldn't either time. Convoluted plot that was confusing. That went for the prequel, 1883, as well. Every episode was the killing of pioneers week after week.
