Dancing Gangnam style, and, does Britney Spears have a british accent?

So, it's the Ellen show and if there is something Ellen likes to do is dance. When she heard that Britney Spears wanted to learn the Gangnam dance, Ellen invited the internet sensation. It's a cute video, but, I could swear that Britney Spears has a british accent. Where did she pick that up?
