but the second I saw the video you posted I started laughing.

Bubbles is a character on one of the most profane and hilarious (IMHO) sitcoms ever produced and aired in Canada called Trailer Park Boys.

Take a look in the background of the video and you'll see him playing an acoustic guitar. The producer of the show was a huge RUSH fan and they had Alex Lifeson on one or two episodes so Bubbles could be his guitar tech.
