I filled out the papers and paid my "adoption fee" at the SPCA and Raven is now the newest member of the family

She has actually been living with us for nearly a month but I just hadn't gotten around to doing the paper work until today. My 16 month-old cat Symone (yes, I realize I have Raven Symone living in my house) isn't entirely thrilled but they are getting along better.

(2,015 posts)My sister has a 60 pund boxer that has learned to have a healthy respect for her cat but for the most part they are best of friends. I'm hoping at some point my kitties will bond.
I had just lost my wonderful boy kitty about a week before Raven was dumped off on the porch of one of my friends so I was hoping that she and Symone would get along because Symone seemed so lonely. I know it will take a little time but so far the little one actually seems to be the boss.

(955 posts)9 years ago we adopted a mama cat & her kits. We named her Bella. We named one of her sons, Edward.
Then we started feeding a black feral cat we named Twilight.
I have not read the books, nor seen the movies. :/

(6,829 posts)Two years ago I lost my beloved Little Man Tate. Two weeks after, we were at the local shelter when Tate's clone, Weird Harold, ran up to me and jumped into my arms. Then he jumped from my arms into Mrs. Rat's arms! 30 minutes later, he was exploring his new Forever Home, and generally annoying our other cats.
