Got a bunch when I did Star purchase.
Gave them to various peeps. Now I have a few more. Would like to give them away.
Do I have to purchase? Thx.

I never did set up an ignore list because I tend to want to be exposed to all the opinions. If we waste life force being offended at small stuff, we lose sight of the big picture, which is the sacredness of the planet and all life thereon.

For example, let's take one of the most odious characters that has risen up in America ever. Trump.

Yes, he is disgusting, gross, a rapist, has been indicted for 91 felonies and so on. But look at what is happening as a result. People are beginning to wake up to this Republican scorched earth stuff. Ever the optimist, I genuinely believe that 2024 will be a blue sweep. I really do. I mean, in spite of the constant right-wing propaganda drumbeat around 'wokeness,' people are actually waking up to what is going on.

I guess we'll see, but in the meantime my point is that everyone has their own part to play in the great tapestry that is human life. Even horrible evil can in the end turn to good policies in response. Now, that doesn't excuse Trumpy - do not get me wrong here. He belongs in a nice cozy federal prison cell for the rest of his life because of his criminal behavior. All I'm saying is that good may ultimately come from it as the innate decency of most Americans starts to bubble to the surface.

As to the people here on DU, I am quite fond of this site and of all of you.
