Some people I know are visiting New Zealand. I know they are 18 hours ahead of our time, and mostly a day ahead. So why can't they send me winning lottery numbers? Thank you for explaining this to me.

No matter what time it is anywhere, the lottery numbers happen at a fixed time where they happen, which is not the same time in NZ.
