I make my own brown bread with extra coarse wholemeal flour, is it possible to get that in the US ?

(2,140 posts)Was just channel surfing, and got to PBS, and they had a cooking show on. And made this recipe! They also made a Shepard pie, that swear, I could smell thru my TV.
I'm gonna try both recipes, when it turns a bit cooler next week.

at this time of year. We have one in the fridge, and 3 in the freezer.
The loaves are quite dense and feel rather like picking up a small curling stone.
